Our Story
Who We Are
Kerry (Mills) Rutland has spent the last 19 years integrating transformative solutions into the unique needs of those with cognitive impairment and their loving caregivers. We are taking this to the next level to include those solutions to prevent and treat Alzheimer’s disease. Age Well Simply was designed to help people live their best life, by working toward their healthiest brain.
Often the most challenging aspect of any care and treatment plan is navigating through a plethora of complex variables and advice from physicians, neurologists, nutritionists, physical therapists, specialists in mold, sleep, heavy metals, assisted livings, professional caregivers, adult day programs, etc…the list is extensive and overwhelming. Age Well Simply is your guide, your patient advocate who holds all parties accountable for results, the communication bridge between medical assessment and meaningful patient understanding.
